By requesting service from Cowpoke Junk Removal & Hauling LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual scope is materially different from what was described, but you will always be informed and approve the change before work continues.

Items We Cannot Take

We do not haul hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, certain liquids). Ask if you're unsure.

Property Access

You authorize us to access the items and property described in your service request and to dispose of them on your behalf.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
